ALPFA creates opportunities, adds value, and builds relationships for its members, the community and its business partners while expanding Latino Leadership in the global workforce.
Our National Strength
ALPFA is a national professional network of approximately 7,000 members that includes a national office, national and regional leadership comprised of accomplished and dedicated senior executives and professionals, 32 professional chapters, and 30 student chapters in key cities. ALPFA hosts over 300 total combined annual events across all chapters and has partnerships with over 200 corporations nationally.
